At APEX, we recognize the challenges of immigration and related adjustment stressors and tailor our collaborative support to meet these challenges.
APEX will schedule and provide NCLEX-specific training programs using material prepared by leading US NCLEX Prep companies. APEX will also provide LIVE in-class and online class sessions facilitated by the APEX team of experts who are transculturally trained and have experience working in Kenya and in the US. Through our partnerships with US businesses, universities and colleges we provide support and prepare the candidates during their wait-time period, on their transition to the US. We work with the Leading Age and other senior care companies to facilitate sponsored educational and trainings sessions to help engage and prepare the candidates during their journey to USA. This preparation will also involve training the employers on how to best receive and support the candidates to help increase retention.
RETENTION STRATEGY
Further strategy shall involve. Partnerships with communities of Kenya, and other neighboring East African counties to engage in candidate referral process with a goal for the candidates to join their families abroad. At APEX, we believe that loyalties run in families and employment associated with family unification is likely to have a social bond that promotes job retention.
GIVING BACK- BUILDING HEALTHY COMMUNITIES
At APEX, we believe in giving back- to communities where our nurses have come from. Our US partners provide scholarship programs to super nurse training and preparedness for the NCLEX test. We partner with KMTC and other training institutions to support their training programs, and resources and new technology to maintain high standards at local healthcare facililities.
